Cancun Underwater Museum MUSA

With its crystal-clear water, the visibility in the Caribbean reaches up to 50 meters in some places, allowing a good view of marine life, coral reefs, and sculptures in the underwater museum.

All of the 400 sculptures are slowly turning into coral, and you can even pay to add your own statue to the museum. You’ll also have the opportunity to swim with fish, stingrays, and barracudas. You’ll feel as if you’ve been relocated to another dimension as you swim past colored corals.

Navy Ship Underwater

Many divers come just to see the old US Navy boat. Built during World War II and sold to Mexico in 1962, the ship sank after being flooded and has been a favorite haunt for divers ever since. Since Hurricane Wilma tore it into two parts in 2005, you can now even swim through the ship, free to study the ship inside.
